Summary of the Position / 岗位综述

Support R&D projects for Tape Solutions to ensure the smooth progress of the project. Complete sample preparation, product evaluation and data compilation in the R&D laboratory, trial production line and production line.
支持胶带方案部门的各研发项目，保证项目顺利进行。在研发实验室，试生产线和生产线上完成样品制备及产品评估和数据整理等。。

Principal Accountabilities/ 主要职责
1. Support R&D development projects, finish sample preparation and testing under supervising of engineers. Take responsibility to ensure the data reliability, communicate the data and observations to engineers/project leaders. Keep improving work quality through active thinking and learning mind.
支持研发新产品开发项目，在工程师的指导下在研发实验室完成样品制备及测试工作，并保证数据可靠性，及时将试验结果和观察到的现象反馈给工程师及项目负责人。通过积极思考和保持学习的欲望，使得工作质量持续改进。

2. Support trials in pilot line and support the production trial in plant. Communicate effectively with operatiion team and commercial team in plant to ensure smooth conduct of the trial.
支持项目在试验线上完成试验，并支持工厂试生产工作。跟工厂生产及商务相关部门有效沟通，保证试验线及生产线试验的顺利进行。

3. Support trials in pilot line and support the production trial in plant. Communicate effectively with operation team and commercial team in plant to ensure smooth conduct of the trial.
支持项目在试验线上完成试验，并支持工厂试生产工作。跟工厂生产及商务相关部门有效沟通，保证试验线及生产线试验的顺利进行。

4. Documentation (SOPs, lab report, EHS related documents) and maintain lab equipment, raw materials, and lab 5S&safety。文档整理工作，维护实验室设备，管理原材料，并维护实验室的5S和安全。

5. Strictly follow company EHS & 5S policies and regulations. Follow R&D personnel's individual EHS responsibilities listed in 'EHS Responsibilities Management Program'. (5%)
遵守公司EHS及5S的政策和规定。履行《环境、职业健康与安全职责管理程序》中研发人员的个人EHS职责。


Qualifications/ 任职要求
1. Bachelor degree , major in polymer, Chemical, Chemical and Engineering.
2. Familiar with using Viscometer, Coater, Air Gauge
3. Proficient written and reading in English.
